Every order is prepared with care, and because our jewellery is made after you place your order, please allow 1–2 days for crafting before it is shipped.

Once you place your order, we begin preparing your jewellery especially for you. Crafting usually takes 1–2 days, followed by delivery within approximately 7–9 days. Once your order is ready, it is carefully packed and shipped to your doorstep.

Treat your jewellery with a little care to keep it looking beautiful for longer. Keep it away from perfumes, lotions, water, sweat and harsh chemicals. Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming or exercising. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a clean, dry place, preferably separately to avoid scratches and tangling.
