1. Where do you ship?

We ship all over India. Your jewellery is carefully prepared and delivered to your doorstep.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders across India.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri).
Transit Time: 6-14 business days (Mon-Fri).

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is new and unused.

6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, there is no restocking fee, and defective products can be returned at no cost

7. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 10 days.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and other secure options available at checkout.

9. What if my order is delayed or lost?
